You need to share as much information to the customer
Basically product knowledge
The longer you talk , the more convincing the customer to buy your product
Not everyone can talk 1-2 hours with the customer

So you need to keep up with the customer
let the customer feel comfortable with you
You can share 

1.information about you
2.information about the product
3.information about other thing

The most importantly keep sharing information 
and always talk smoothly and not stutter

The formula is

the longer you talk to the customer , the higher the chances customer will buy the product

That is the secret to become the greatest salesman in the world
