In a war you need a good strategy to win the war
Same goes to business you need to have a good strategy to
win the game
-When you attack your client, you cannot
fully attack your client, they will end up running away from you
-When you attack your client, attack slowly
let the client stay and listen for 20 minutes only then you will win their
hearts
-When your client attacks you, you cannot run
away from the client. If not they will assume you are cheater
-When your client attacks you, do not attack
back. Defend yourself and the company to the maximum level. In rare cases your
client will end up buying your product because of defending
-There are a lot of ways to encounter these
problems, but by the end of the day it is you who is going to face the problem.
So do prepare for attacking or defending your company.
-Spend more time facing your client,
understand them, be their best friends, motivate them, give everything you can.
On the journey you will see good feedback will come by
-In a war sometimes we win and sometimes we
lose. Never quit when your enemy give you bad feedback. In a war there are so
many lands you can conquer, if you are defeated by one land go and fight for
another land whereby you can win the land.
-In handling your client, sometimes you win
and sometimes you lose. Never quit when your client give you a bad feedback.
There are so many people outside there you can meet; try to fight for a client
you can win.
